Admin Assistant - Corporate Office

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative assistance to the team by organizing and tracking vendor invoices and related documentation.

  • Review and verify that purchase orders, receipts, and invoices are properly aligned and recorded.

  • Maintain up-to-date vendor records, both digital and physical, ensuring documents are filed accurately and consistently.

  • Serve as a point of contact for basic vendor communications, helping to resolve routine payment questions or direct inquiries to the appropriate team member.

  • Assist in compiling and organizing documents for payment runs, including preparing packets for review and approval.

  • Enter invoice and expense information into the system, ensuring correct coding and data accuracy.

  • Support the team with administrative tasks related to month-end close, such as document collection and file organization.

Qualifications:

  • QuickBooks knowledge
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Proficient in data entry
  • Detail oriented

Work Schedule/Location:

  • Full-time
  • Monday through Friday 9am - 6pm
  • Corporate Office - Arlington, TX 

Salary: 18 - $20 (Based on experience)

Physical setting:

  • Corporate Office

Experience Preferred:

  • 1 year of Minimum Experience with Excel, Quickbooks, Data Entry. 
  • Microsoft Excel
  • QuickBooks
