We are passionate about equipping automotive finance providers with smart, cost-effective tools to manage risk. We’re currently looking to add a talented team member to our Operations team in Houston to help continue our growth and deliver exceptional service to our clients.
We are seeking an Insurance Operations Specialist to join our team in Houston. This role is open due to a staff replacement and will be key in managing business reporting, client onboarding, policy documentation, and more.

Strong time management, communication, and attention to detail are essential.
Prepare onboarding packages for prospective clients
Set up new policies, renewals, and structural changes in internal systems
Collaborate with third-party vendors to implement complex client setups
Conduct client training on claim filing and reporting processes
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction
Draft and manage client program agreements and policy documents
Process renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
Review and approve CPI notification letters before they are sent to customers
Process bi-monthly client business reporting files
Use Excel to prepare and validate data submissions for software vendors
Troubleshoot errors and work with vendors to ensure accurate data processing
Assist with monthly premium statements and follow up on payments as needed
Prepare and manage invoices for ancillary services
Reconcile and track vendor invoices
Assist in processing client claims
Initiate payments using QuickBooks
Minimum 2 years of experience in a business operations or administrative role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; QuickBooks experience preferred
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
Strong team player with excellent communication skills
Able to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
Experience in insurance operations or claims (carrier or agency) is a plus
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Ability to obtain a Texas claims adjuster license (training & resources provided)
Hourly Pay: $24–$28/hour
