Position Overview

As a Collections Representative, you will be responsible for contacting customers with delinquent accounts, negotiating payment arrangements, and maintaining accurate account records while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with delinquent customers to collect past-due payments

• Negotiate effective payment arrangements and maintain accurate documentation

• Monitor, manage, and maintain assigned accounts while meeting daily, weekly, and monthly collection goals

• Update and verify customer account information and demographics

• Ensure compliance with company policies and federal/state regulations

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of collections experience (Auto Collections preferred)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills

• Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment

• Goal-oriented with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Knowledge of FDCPA and related collection practices

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to work every other Saturday

• Ability to sit for extended periods and work at a computer/phone

• Must pass a background check and be authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation & Schedule

• Hourly Rate: $17.00/hour

• Incentives: Weekly cash incentives based on performance

• Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday & every other Saturday | 8-hour day shifts
