As an Assistant Lot Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the organization, cleanliness, and readiness of vehicles across our dealership lots. This role plays a key part in supporting the sales team and ensuring a positive customer experience from the moment they arrive on the lot.
Organize and manage vehicle placement across the lot
Move, clean, and prepare vehicles for display and delivery
Maintain a clean, presentable lot environment
Assist sales team with vehicle location and customer needs
Perform regular vehicle inventory audits and documentation
Ensure timely completion of daily and weekly lot tasks
Complete other duties as assigned by management
Valid Driver’s License
Basic automotive knowledge
Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
Familiarity with Excel, IDMS, IKON is a plus
Good communication skills and legible handwriting
Strong attendance and punctuality record
High School Diploma or GED required
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Physical capability to get in/out of vehicles frequently and lift up to 25 lbs
Must be able to work outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions
Occasional Saturday availability required
