Automotive Lot Coordinator

Position Purpose:

Manages the vehicles in the repo, trade-in and wholesale sections of the property.

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Responsibility for the organization of the lot. Ensure that repossessed vehicles are organized in order by date of repossession.
• Prepare for the walk of the vehicles by collecting relevant information off of the vehicle.
• Must be able to perform daily and weekly tasks with little supervision.
• Ability to locate vehicles.
• Assist in the inventory audit.
• Computer skills 
• Perform other tasks as directed by management.

Education and Qualifications:

• Basic automotive knowledge
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle is a plus
• Basic computer skills
• Excel
• IDMS
• Ikon
• ReconPro
• Legible writing
• Communication skills

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to work outside for prolonged periods of time in the heat of the summer and the cold of the winter.
• Must be able to get in and out of vehicles numerous times an hour.
• Must be able to lift and carry 25 pounds.
• Must be able to work in and around dirty vehicles.
• Fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $15 to $16 per hour
Education:  High School diploma or equivalent

Work Days:  Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. & Saturday morning 2 or 3 times a month.
