With 8 “Buy Here Pay Here” Dealerships across the DFW Metroplex, we continue to grow, and
business has never been better! We are currently hiring Automotive Buyers to supply inventory
for our Dealerships. If you’re a self-sufficient, independent, used car buyer this may be the
position for you.

This position requires working well in a fast-paced environment and being an effective
communicator and negotiator.

Responsibilities:

• Buy cars from the auctions as needed and instructed by the Inventory Director.
• Ability to search for vehicles online that meet Automax criteria before the auction.
• Determine valuation.
• Analyze auction condition reports.
• Review vehicle history reports.
• Responsible for arranging shipping for the timely delivery of vehicles purchased.
• Handling all IF bids, PSIs, and arbitrations with auctions timely.
• Compliance with Automax buying procedures and strictly buy as instructed and do not
  buy from any source unless approved by Automax.
• Perform other tasks as directed by management.

Qualifications:

• Requires 3+ years’ experience in automotive buying online and/or in-lane.
• Excellent analytical and valuation skills.
• Excellent communication and follow-through skills.
• Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding work environment with a high
  level of self-motivation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
• Proficiency in using auction websites/apps and Stockwave (VAuto) preferred.
• Must have a Valid Driver’s License.

Education Requirements: 

• High school diploma or equivalent

Compensation:

• This position offers the potential to earn up to $120,000 annually, combining a competitive base salary with commissions.
