What You’ll Do

Provide excellent customer service via phone, focusing on first-contact resolution
Monitor, manage, and maintain assigned accounts
Establish and maintain strong customer relationships
Effectively negotiate payment arrangements on delinquent loans
Utilize probing questions and effective documentation practices
Ensure all demographics submitted on accounts are accurate and updated
Meet collection goals, including delinquency and cash collections
Perform basic skip tracing as needed
Adhere to company policies and compliance with state and federal guidelines
Perform other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring

Minimum 2 years of experience in skip tracing or late-stage auto collections
Proficiency with tracing tools, investigative databases, and online research techniques
Strong understanding of FDCPA and skip tracing best practices
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High level of attention to detail and organization
Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and manage multiple priorities
Team-player mentality with a strong drive to meet and exceed goals

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
Able to work every other Saturday
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Must pass a background check
Minimum 2 years of prior Midrange collections experience
