As a Parts Coordinator, you will be responsible for sourcing, ordering, receiving, and managing parts required for vehicle service and reconditioning. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills to ensure parts are tracked, delivered, and returned efficiently while maintaining high accuracy and service standards.
Build accurate parts estimates based on technician repair needs
Order parts from aftermarket, dealer, and salvage vendors
Receive, inspect, and inventory incoming parts deliveries
Create and track core and warranty tags for installed parts
Manage parts returns to vendors and ensure proper documentation
Communicate part ETAs and order status to technicians and service advisors
Minimum 5 years of experience in parts ordering or parts coordination
Familiarity with ReconPro, PartsTech, RepairLink, or AllData Repair (preferred but not required)
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in computer systems, email, and internal communications
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver’s License
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. (repeated lifting of 20+ lbs required)
Ability to stand, kneel, or sit for extended periods as job demands
Background check and eligibility to work in the U.S.
Hourly Rate: $19–$21/hour (based on experience)
