Job Description – Parts Coordinator
A Parts Coordinator will be responsible for the following tasks, but not limited to:

  • Building estimates based on technician needs per vehicle

  • Receiving parts from aftermarket, dealer, and salvage vendors

  • Ensuring core and warranty tags are made for parts on vehicles

  • Ordering parts when there are no estimates

  • Writing up parts to be returned to aftermarket vendors

  • Communicating with others about ETAs for part arrivals

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of parts ordering experience

  • Experience with ReconPro, PartsTech, RepairLink, or AllData Repair is optional but beneficial

  • Ability to lift 20 lbs multiple times a day, sometimes up to 70 lbs

  • Ability to read, type, and communicate via email, in person, or over the phone

  • Ability to stand, sit, and kneel for various amounts of time

  • Ability to multitask

Compensation: $18–$23/hour
